Kenneth Dale Mitter, 84, of Morgantown, died Friday, June 19, 2020, at Madison Center in Morgantown. He was born Nov. 23, 1935, in Newburg. A Private Graveside will be held at the West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Col. Rowan Post 2345, Preston County Chapter 977, Vietnam Veterans of America and the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
