Charles Russell Plum, 80, of Newburg, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020, after a short illness. Charles “Buck” was born July 25, 1939, in Howesville, to Russell and Eulalah Carter Plum.
Family will receive friends at Bolyard Funeral Home from 2-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, with proper distancing and face mask required. A graveside service will be held at Pratt Cemetery at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 4, with Pastor David Freeman officiating.
