W. Dale Walls, 92, of Dearborn, Michigan, died from complications of COVID-19 on April 28, 2020. He was born on Aug. 25, 1927.
He grew up in the Kingwood area and taught Industrial Arts at Kingwood High School before moving to Detroit. He was a long time educator at Wayne State University, Detroit.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Dorothy, his son, Wayne and his wife, Mary Schaffer, of Woodland Hills, Calif., and his daughter, Wanda and her husband Jim Cohen, of Durham, N.C.
A funeral will be held in Kingwood at a later date. Arrangements are being completed by Browning Funeral Home.
