Sally Ann Parker, 64, of Morgantown passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020, at WVU Medicine — J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Sally Ann was born Feb. 11, 1956. in Athens, Ohio, to the late Richard and Betty (Rowland) Hughes.
She is the mother of Billie Jo and Roger Reynolds, sister of Richard and Robin Hughes and aunt to several nieces and nephews.
No public services will be held, and cremation is being arranged by Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Westover/Morgantown.
