Morgantown residents may drop off personal protective equipment and other supplies at the Morgantown Mall.
The mall is serving as a supply drop-off point for key supplies for medical professionals on the front lines fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the past several weeks, there has been a rising need in hospitals and food pantries for personal protective equipment and other supplies used in response to the evolving global health situation. To ensure that all doctors, nurses and other staff treating COVID-19 patients remain safe and healthy, businesses and individuals are encouraged to donate any necessary, in-demand health care and food supplies that they may have on-hand.
Morgantown Mall will accept the following supplies and donations:
— Nonperishable food items
— Bottled water
— Laundry soap
— Toilet paper
— Toiletries
— Surgical masks
— Homemade masks
— Disposable gloves
The supply drive is open for donations at any time and will be held at Morgantown Mall outside of Entrance A. The mall is at 9500 Mall Road.
