Kenneth W. Kelly, 56, of Morgantown, died Oct. 14, 2019, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born April 5, 1963, in Maryland. Private services will be held at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover at 10 a.m., Friday, April 24, under the direction of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care of Westover /Morgantown.
