Kimberly Staggs Keast, 45, of Hundred, earned her angel wings and flew home on April 2, 2020. She was born June 21, 1974, daughter of James Staggs and Brenda (Nutter) Staggs in Monongalia County.
She was a graduate of the Class of 1992 from University High School. She worked at Sundale Nursing Home as a CNA for 11 years. And she also worked for Marion County Rescue Squad for 12 years as an EMT. Kim also worked for Wetzel County EMS. She was active for many years at the Hundred Volunteer Fire Department. She loved driving the fire trucks and going on structure fires.
She was married to her loving husband and best friend, Kevin Keast, for 11 years. They have one son, Kameron.
Kim loved spending time with family. She loved doing special things for her husband and little boy (Kam). She loved to do crafts, gardening, canning, cooking and working in her flowers. She was definitely a pioneer woman.
She had lots of aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends that loved her. Kim made friends wherever she went.
Also surviving is her brother Kevin and wife Stacey Staggs. Their children Tyler, Chloee and Chace, all of Morgantown; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Stephanie Peraldo and their children, Airadeea, Krista and Michael; and mother-in-law, Nancy Peraldo, all of Hundred.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Santford and Jessie Nutter, Jeannette and Turtle Staggs, uncle Dennis, with whom she was very close; and her father-in-law, Nando Ray Peraldo.
There will be no public visitation or funeral service. All services will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date when the COVID-19 pandemic has cleared. Please keep the family in your prayers.
