Olive Jane Sacco, 85, of North Fort Myers, Fla., passed away at Hope Hospice on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020.
She was born in Sledge, Miss., on Feb. 2, 1935, to the late Paul and Fanny Coker.
Jane graduated from Follansbee High School in 1953 and Monongalia General Hospital School of Nursing in 1956. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Monongalia General Hospital and enjoyed participating in reading, playing the organ, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Jane is survived by her children: Debra Hall, and husband Tom, Pamela Paytas, and husband Jim, and Michael Sacco, and wife Mary Lynn; grandchildren: Alicia, and husband John, Jacqueline, and husband Matthew, Sean, Amanda, Ashley, Stephanie, Jennifer and Shannon; great-grandchildren: Ethan, Ava, Owen, Kaylie, Dominic and Charlotte; and siblings, Marlin Coker and Warren Coker, and wife Sherry.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband of
59 years, Lawrence Sacco, and her sister, Ann.
Memorial services will be held at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 14, followed by a graveside service at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
