KINGWOOD — The Preston County Grand Jury returned 58 indictments Wednesday, including multiple counts against several people.
Neil Clark Delaney, 45, of Horse Shoe Run was indicted on charges of strangulation, child abuse with bodily injury, two charges of child abuse with risk of injury, unlawful restraint, interfering with emergency services and two charges of domestic assault.
Eric Ray Lyons, 44, of Tunnelton was indicted for animal torture cruelty and second-offense domestic battery.

-Dillon B. Pumphrey, 22, of Reedsville, first-degree robbery and conspiracy to inflict injury.
-Jessie L. Pumphrey, 22, of Reedsville, first-degree robbery and conspiracy to inflict injury.
-James A. Davis, 58, of Morgantown, third-offense driving with a suspended or revoked operators.
-Charles K. Collins, 36, of Kingwood, burglary and grand larceny.
-Orva J. Powell, 32, of Kingwood, possession with the intent to deliver meth and heroin and prohibited person carrying a concealed firearm.
-Tiffany R. Koch, 36, of Terra Alta, possession of meth with intent to deliver.
-Mark A. Hart, 34, of Morgantown, third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked operators, fleeing with reckless indifference and grand larceny.
