Visitation for Richard “Dick” Loring, 89, formerly of Morgantown, who passed away Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2020, will be at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave, Westover/Morgantown, at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment with Full Military Honors will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens in Westover.
