MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Ashten Boggs and Abbie Coen each scored 18 points to help lead the University High girls’ basketball team to a 64-39 win over Weir on Thursday.
Emily Sharkey added 11 points for the Hawks (12-7).
Defensively, University was very good — holding Weir to just 16 points prior to the fourth quarter.
The Hawks will play again at 7:30 p.m. Thursday against West Fairmont.
