PADEN CITY, W.Va. — Liv Ammons scored 21 points and the Clay-Battelle High girls’ basketball team’s defense was stout in its 52-32 win over Paden City.
The Cee-Bees (8-4) held Paden City to just 32 points on just 13 field goals. Paden City was held scoreless in the fourth quarter.
Autumn Stewart scored 12 points and Camren Watson added 11 for Clay-Battelle.
The Cee-Bees will play again at 2 p.m. Saturday against Meadow Bridge in the West Virginia Hit Tournament.
