SB 606, to say that when a child is removed from the home and placed in foster care, to indicate a preference for relative caregivers.
HB 4482, to repeal the code section that makes it unlawful “for any body of individuals other than the regularly organized National Guard or the troops of the United States, to associate themselves together as a military company or organization in this state.”
HB 4485, same as SB 586, a governor’s bill to reorganize the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety and rename it the Department of Homeland Security.
HB 4494, to create a Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Task Force and cessation initiative.
