Sandra Kay “Sandy” Armstrong, affectionately known as “Noodles”, 65, of Reedsville, passed away Sunday evening, Jan. 19, 2020, at her residence with her family by her side.
Sandy was born June 10, 1954 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Robert E. Rodeheaver Sr., and the late Melva Eileen (Strawser) Rodeheaver

Friends may join the family to honor her life and legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover / Morgantown 4:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24 until the time of the memorial service at 6 p.m. officiated by Pastor Dan Meadows. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
At the request of the family, please dress casually if attending the memorial gathering at the funeral home.
