CLARKSBURG — Jeremy Matthew Cralton, of Morgantown, has admitted to a firearms charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
Cralton, 42, pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of firearms by person convicted of domestic violence crime.
Cralton, having been previously convicted of a domestic violence charge and prohibited from having a firearm, admitted to having an AR-15 rifle in March 2019 in Monongalia County.
Cralton faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
