Ronald “Ron” Edward Trivett, 58, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday Jan. 1, 2020, at home. Ronald was born in Baltimore on Dec. 2, 1961, a son of Norma “Jean” Uphold Trivett and the late Billy Trivett.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Samantha Trivett and Tiffany Trivett and stepson Kevin Dalton; sister, Barbara Bower; brothers, Billy Trivett Jr., David Trivett and Donald Trivett; grandchildren, Stephanie Wiley and Ashlyn Hardman and Chase and Blake Dalton; several nieces and nephews; and his companion, his fat cat Me Me.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Trivett.
There will be a memorial service for Ron at Hagans Christian Church (1637 Hagans Road, Core, WV 26541) at noon Saturday, Jan. 11, with James Trivett officiating. McCulla Funeral Home is providing cremation. In lieu of flowers, make donations to McCulla Funeral Home.
