Patricia Joann Elliott, 60, of Core, passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family. Patty Jo was born in Painesville, Ohio, on Oct. 9, 1959, a daughter of Vivian “Jackie” Bell, of Core, and the late William Elliott Jr.
Patty Jo enjoyed music and dancing, and in particular, attending the Sagebrush Roundup. Patty Jo was a loving daughter, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed.
In addition to her mother, Patty Jo is survived by her sisters, Sheree Elliott, of Smithfield, Pa., and Brenda Gaio and husband Ed, of Lyndhurst, Ohio; stepfather, John Bell; nephews and niece, Ed Gaio, Bill Gaio and wife CJ, Tommy John Gaio, Angela Gaio, Steve Dudas, Blake Dudas and Adam Dudas and wife Emily; and great-nieces, Vivianna Gaio, Valentina Gaio, Alexis Dudas, Olivia Dudas, Lilliana Dudas, Harper Dudas and Vivienne Joan Dudas.
Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home, from 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, until the 5 p.m. service with Pastor Michael Myers officiating. Following the service, McCulla Funeral Home will provide cremation services and Patty Jo will be laid to rest with her father at Fairview Memorial Park in Madison, Ohio.
