Juanita J. Montgomery Buda, 91, of Coral Springs, Fla. for the past three years, formerly of Morgantown, passed away Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, in Coral Springs. She was born July 15, 1928, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late William G. (Bill) Montgomery and Laura Johnson Montgomery.
Surviving her are three sons; Russell Buda Jr., Bob Buda and Bill Buda; a daughter, Linda Johnson and husband, Frank; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and her little dog, Spike, which loves and misses her. They had a language all their own.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell in 1977; three sisters, Maude Shaffer, Maggie Hunt and Florence Marvel; two brothers, Paul Montgomery and Herb Montgomery; and a granddaughter, Stephanie Johnson Suglio.
Juanita and Russ owned and operated Valley Farm Market in Masontown, W.Va., for many thriving years, which she thoroughly loved.
Visitation will be at St. Zita Catholic Church, Masontown, W.Va. from 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2, until the 1 p.m. funeral service with Fr. Andy Switzer as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Masontown Cemetery.
