Those bowls full of candy may have to sit by the door for a few more days, given Thursday’s rainy forecast.
Several areas have decided to delay trick or treat until Saturday, when the weather will be more cooperative.

Downtown Morgantown businesses will host trick-or-treat at 5:30 p.m. today.
Morgantown area trick-or-treating is 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
Westover trick-or-treat will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
Greenmont Haunt will be 6-8:30 p.m. Saturday.
Granville will have no door-to-door trick or treat hours.
Trunk-or-Treat at Goshen Baptist Church, 1070 Goshen Road, is set for 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday, with free games, prizes and food.
Preston County
These are the trick-or-treat hours approved by municipalities and the county commission in Preston County:
Albright — 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the fire hall. There will not be door-to-door trick or treating. People can bring candy to the fire hall to give out.
Bruceton Mills — 6-7 p.m. Saturday
Kingwood — 5:30-6:30 p.m. Friday. Town party begins at 7 p.m. Friday at the Craig Civic Center.
Masontown — 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday. The Masontown Volunteer Fire Department Trunk or Treat will be from a 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday, at the fire hall.
Newburg — 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday, followed by a party at the fire hall, sponsored by the Newburg Rotary and Newburg Volunteer Fire Department.
Reedsville — 6-7:30 p.m. Saturday
Rowlesburg — 5-6:30 p.m. Saturday
Terra Alta — 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday
Tunnelton — 6-7:30 p.m. Saturday
Unincorporated areas of Preston County — Preston County Commissioners have determined that it’s best to move Trick or Treat to 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday.
