Due to unforeseen circumstances, the day and time of the gathering for family and friends of Jack “The Hammer” Ott have been changed to Saturday, Nov. 16, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Westover VFW Post 9916, located at 340 Holland Ave., Westover.
