Wanda Eileen Harmon, 74, of Oakland, Md., passed away Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019, at the Oakland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Friends may call at the Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta from 4-8 p.m. on Oct. 7 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 8 until the 11 a.m. service with Pastor Eric Beeman officiating. Burial will follow at the Terra Alta Cemetery.
