Terry Brummage, 70, of Spraggs, Pa., died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, at her
residence.
She was born Jan. 30, 1949, in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Sherman Higginbotham and Thelma Stewart
Higginbotham.
Terry was a retired cook. She was retired from the Monongalia County School System.
Surviving are one son, Douglas Dale Tennant and his wife, Roxanne, of Morgantown; one daughter, Michelle Wilson, of Morgantown; a brother and sister-in-law, Jim Higginbotham and his wife, Shirley, of Clarksburg; three grandchildren, Zachary Tennant and his girlfriend, Jamie, Shaye Wilson and Haile Patterson; and three great-grandchildren, Jaxson Tennant, Izzy Tennant and Braydyn.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Nelson Tennant; second husband, George Simpson; and third husband, Larry Brummage; one son, Robert Simpson; one brother, Bennie Higginbotham; one sister, Kay Bosley; and one grandson, Micah Wilson.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no services. Terry has chosen cremation as her method of final disposition.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home, in Blacksville, is in charge of arrangements.
