Eloise (Klug) Herrick, 104, of New Martinsville, died peacefully at home on Sept. 3, 2019.
She was born on May 19, 1915, the fifth of eight and the last surviving child of Edward and Josephine Scheiblehood Klug of the St. Joseph community in Marshall County.
Eloise was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, George Edwin (Ed) Herrick in 2000 and by one son, Gerald Patrick (Pat) Herrick in 2007.
She is survived by nine of her 10 children, their spouses, 30 grandchildren, 33 great-granchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
In Morgantown, her survivors include her daughter Margaret and husband Mike Roberts; grandaughter Amy and husband Tom Kitzmiller; and great-grandchildren, Max, Emma and Addison Kitzmiller.
