Terri Thompson Small, MSN, EdD, RN, 61, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019, at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Friends and family will be received at Suncrest United Methodist Church, 479 Van Voorhis Road, Morgantown, from 5-8 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, until the 1 p.m. funeral service with the Revs. Mike Estep and Matt Johnson officiating. In keeping with her wishes, cremation and private interment ceremony will take place at a later time.
