In 1999, Crash Team Racing sped onto the Playstation, giving Crash Bandicoot fans the chance to get behind the wheel with some of Naughty Dog’s iconic characters. Now 20 years later, Activision is giving you another chance to rev your engine with the remastered Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
Now Available on Cartridges Galore shelves, here is what we you can expect from the recent release:
- Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled: Nitros Oxide Edition. This version gives you instant access to the Nitros Oxide character and his hovercraft vehicle, as well as Crunch Bandicoot, Zem, and Zam. You also get the Star skin pack, which puts some of the characters in sci-fi themed outfits.
- The PlayStation 4 version of the game has retro-themed character skins for Crash, Coco, and Cortex. There will also be a retro style track, but we haven’t seen it in action yet.
- Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled features split-screen multiplayer for up to four players and online multiplayer for up to 8 players.
