Philip “Buckie” Barlow, 61, of Tunnelton, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019.
He was born Aug. 15, 1957, in Kingwood, a son of the late Frederick Joseph and Genevieve (Maxwell) Barlow.
Buckie worked as a truck driver for Hillside Trucking in Kingwood since 2007. He enjoyed riding his four-wheeler, camping, roller skating, his remote control cars and working.
Buckie is survived by his companion of 17 years, Mary Butler; two brothers and spouses, Michael and Margie (Bucklew) Barlow, of Tunnelton, Everett and Bonnie Barlow, of Kingwood; four sisters and spouses, Mary Ann and Ronald Wright, of Reedsville, Agnes and Jim Root, of Kingwood, Dolores Barlow, of Kingwood, Marlene and Ronnie Rhodes, of Tunnelton; one sister-in-law, Cynthia Barlow, of ; one brother-in-law, Ronnie Lee Pyles, of Kingwood; special friends, Greg and Janice Maxwell; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Frederick J. Barlow Jr.; one sister, Patricia Marie Pyles; two nephews, Eric L. Barlow and Benjamin Wright; and two nieces, Kristy Marie Pyles and Jennifer Ann Barlow.
Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown St., Newburg, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday, and from 9 a.m. Saturday, June 22, until the 11 a.m. service with Father Andrew M. Switzer presiding. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
