Edna Lea (Fazenbaker) Hayes, 93, of Kingwood, died Thursday, June 6, 2019, at her home.
Friends will be received at Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 S. Price St., from 10 a.m. Monday, June 10, until the 11 a.m. funeral service in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Paul Rebelo officiating. Interment will follow at Maplewood Cemetery, Kingwood.
The family would like to express a thank you and their appreciation to caregivers, Cathy Smith, Rick Nicholson and Marlene Zinn and to Amedisys Hospice.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Edna’s memory to The Alzheimer’s Association, 1229 Pine View Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505.
