Richard David Graham Jr., 82, of Kingwood, died Sunday, April 21, 2019, at Mon Health Medical Center.
Richard was born June 19, 1936, in Masontown, a son of the late Richard and Pauline M. (Sisler) Graham Sr.
He was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, a 50-year member of the Kingwood Lions Club, over 46-year member of Preston Lodge No. 90 in Kingwood and a Life and Endowment Member of the NRA and National Wildlife Federation. After his retirement as chief magistrate with 20 years of service and having retired from five businesses, his main pleasure was in making wine, which he shared with his many friends.
He is survived by his wife, Lula M. (Stanton) Graham; his son, Michael Graham, of Kingwood; his daughter, Patricia Jo and husband, Donald Kenyon, of Kingwood; stepchildren, William Gallatin, Bonnie Bolyard and Rose Hartsell; one brother and spouse, Wayne and Jeanette Graham, of Arthurdale; one sister and spouse, Nancy and Luigi “Lou” De Boni, of Bretz; one granddaughter, Nicole and husband, James Tennant, of Bruceton Mills; one grandson, Kent and wife, Heidi Kenyon, of Summerville, N.C.; and three great-grandchildren, Jackson Tennant, Logan Tennant and Millie Kenyon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Graham.
Friends will be received at Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price St., from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. A graveside service and entombment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, where Masonic Rites will be accorded by Preston Lodge No. 90.
Richard requested that any memorial donations be made in his memory to the Kingwood Lions Club, 104 North Price St., Kingwood, WV 26537.
