William E. (Bill) Parks, 77, of Terra Alta, died Friday, April 12, 2019, at Henry Clay Villa, Markleysburg, Pa., with his family by his side.
He was born March 9, 1942, in Corinth, a son of the late Encil and Margaret Sell Park.
Mr. Parks was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was a block mason and owned his own company, Bill Parks Masonry. He served in the United States Navy and attended the Beatty United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn (Sue) Wilson Parks; his son, Rick Parks and wife, Vicki, of Terra Alta; three brothers, Harold Park and wife, Janet, Eddie Park and wife, Sandy and Bob Park and wife, Anna, all of Oakland, Md.; a sister, Phyllis Redmond, of Kingwood; three grandchildren, Shane, Chris and Logan; and his fur babies, Lexi and Missy.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Keefer and Jane Cosner.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
