BLACKSVILLE — Clay-Battelle High took care of Valley (Wetzel), 8-0, in five innings.
Caitlyn Kassay had a stellar performance on the mound. She got the win and pitched all five innings, allowing zero runs on two hits and tallied 11 strikeouts. She also hit a double.
Sydney Wilson led the Cee-Bees (9-1) offensively, finishing the game 2-for-2 at the plate with three RBIs.
Clay-Battelle will play again at 5 p.m. Wednesday against Hundred.
