HURRICANE — University High girls’ track team finished fifth and the boys finished tenth in the Hurricane Sheetz Invitational.
University finished second in the girls 4×800 meter relay. The runners were Emma Troischt, Peyton Fronaphel, Alanna Roberts and Zoe Shetty.
The Hawks finished second in the boys 4×800 meter relay. The team consisted of Aidan Palmer, Gary Edwards, Rocco DeVincent and Jordan Thomas.
Zoe Shetty and Caroline Kirby finished second and third in the girls 1600 meter run.
Larry Edwards finished third in the boys 1600 meter run.
Kendall Ours finished third in the girls 400 meter dash.
Sierra Lanham finished third in the girls long jump.
