SPRING MILLS — Madison Shaffer scored four goals and notched one assist as the Morgantown girls’ lacrosse team defeated Spring Mills 10-7.
Cora Hilling scored two goals and got one assist for the Mohigans. Molly Wiles, Rachael Dennis and Hannah Calvert also scored goals. Madison Adkins tallied 10 saves in the net.
With the win, Morgantown improves to 2-0 and will play again at 7 p.m. on Friday at Preston County.
