MORGANTOWN — Some community members are bouncing into better health at Launch Pad Trampoline Park.
The park, which features an open trampoline jump area, a foam pit, an arcade, rock wall and more, offers two fitness classes twice a week.
Total body cardio, which is a one-hour class designed to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, is from 6:15-7:15 p.m. Tuesdays and 9-10 a.m. Saturdays. Cost is
$12 per class, and multiple class packages are available for different prices.
For kids ages 7 and up, Kids Bounce Blast offers a 30-minute workout. It’s from 5:30-6 p.m. Tuesdays. Cost is $5 per class, and multiple class packages are available for different prices.
All classes require grip socks, which are $2.50.
People who want to just go jump on their own at the Launch Pad Trampoline Park can do so in 1-hour sessions for $15 or a one-and-a-half-hour session for $22. Grip socks are also required for open jump.
