KINGWOOD — Price Street at the intersection of High Street in Kiingwood was closed for a few hours Tuesday morning as crews work to take down a building the city has wanted demolished for more than a year.
Digger’s Construction began the tearing down the structure at 146 S. Price. The structure was donated to the City of Kingwood by the owner. Mayor Jean Guillot said council has not made plans for the lot yet, but Councilman Mike Lipscomb said he would like to see a business locate at the site.
