The Cee-Bees (9-6) had three players in double figures.
Autumn Stewart and Liv Ammons led the attack, each scoring 12 points each. Rylee Burnette followed with 10.
Clay-Battelle will play again at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at Trinity.
