MORGANTOWN — Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce members gathered Thursday for the organization’s annual dinner.
Put on by the Chamber of Commerce, the annual celebration was held at the Morgantown Event Center adjacent to the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront.
In addition to a networking reception and dinner, the event allowed the chamber to honor several businesses, individuals and organizations with awards.
Those honored were:
- Jackson Kelly, Chairman’s Award
- Bobbie Conklin, Earl L. Core Award
- Vickie Trickett, Earl L. Core Award
- Mike Wood, Entrepreneur of the Year
- Greater Morgantown Convention and Visitors Bureau, Nonprofit of the Year
- Paradigm Architecture, Small Business of the Year
- J.S. Walker Associates Realtors, Medium Business of the Year
- Action Facilities Management, Large Business of the Year
- The Crossings at Morgantown, New Business of the Year
The Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce is at 1029 University Ave., in downtown Morgantown.
Chamber staff includes President and CEO Stephen LaCagnin, Vice President of Governmental Affairs and Economic Development Eldon Callen, COO Terri Reed Cutright, Vice President of Member Engagement and IT Services Amy Loomis, Marketing Associate Nikki Lewis and Membership associates Christine Meredith and Charlie Sims.
