Annaieve E. Dunn, 95, of Granville, passed away at the Madison Nursing and Rehab Center on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. Ann was born in Meadowbrook, January 4, 1924, to the late William Arthur England and Mary Florence White England.
Ann was a homemaker, who found great joy and satisfaction in spending her time caring for her family.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Sharon Sakacsi and her husband Joseph, of Granville; son, William Lee Dunn and his wife Misty, of Lincoln, Ala.; two grandchildren, Sherry Cristancho and her husband Eddie and Jeff Sakacsi and his wife Mari Kay; great-grandchildren, Brady, Isabela, Ella Rose, and Carter; and special friends, Helen Haught and Terry and Mary Phillips.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her loving husband, John William “Bill” Dunn; brothers, Wilbur A. England, Walter G. England, and Mason William England; and sisters, Geneieve England and Pauline M. Hunt.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to the Madison Center and all of their staff for the love and care given to Ann and her family over the past 5 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Ann’s memory to the Madison Activity Fund.
Friends are invited to gather in support of the family at McCulla Funeral Home from 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, until the funeral service at noon with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
