MORGANTOWN — The University wrestling finished in 8th place out of 40 teams in the OVAC tournament this weekend.
Jacob Simpson finished in first place in the 132 pound weight class. Braeden Pauley finished fifth place (152), Jace Stockett (113) and Jake Staud (126) finished sixth and Matthew Simpson finished seventh (120).
The Hawks will wrestle again at 7 p.m. on Thursday against Southern Garrett (Md.).
