MILL CREEK — Clay-Battelle just couldn’t muster enough offensive firepower in its 52-41 loss to Tygarts Valley on Friday evening.
The Bulldogs caught fire from beyond the arc, tallying seven 3-pointers in the contest. The Cee-Bees only made two, which was the difference in the outcome.
Rylee Burnette led Clay-Battelle (5-4) in scoring with 17 points and Autumn Stewart was the team’s second-leading scorer, finishing the game with 12.
The Cee-Bees will play again at 6 p.m. on Monday against Hundred.
