KINGWOOD — John Mazza had 24 points and teammate Tanner Bifano added 20 to lead the Indians to an 82-53 victory over Preston High on Thursday.
Preston trailed by five at the half, 32-27, but Bridgeport outscored the Knights by 24 points in the second half. The Indians (7-1) connected on nine 3-pointers for the game.
Preston (1-6) was led by Nick Smith’s 16 points and Montgomery Rebelo added 11.
The Knights will travel to Tucker County, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
