Henry Kuntz

Henry “Hank” Kuntz, age 78, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at his home. Hank was born in Pittsburgh,  on May 8, 1940, a son of the late John Henry Kuntz and Josephine Slinsky Kuntz.
Hank earned a Master’s Degree in both Electronics and Electrical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh. He later worked as a Supervisor for 31 years at Glenshaw Glass, in Pittsburgh, where he supervised over 90 employees. After his retirement, you could find Hank at Walmart at the University Town Center where he was a Greeter. He was also a member of the Cheat Lake Community Church.
Hank was a hard-working, meticulous man, who would help anyone in need. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, who will be greatly missed.
Hank is survived by his wife of over 15 years, Lynnmarie E. Knapton Kuntz; daughter, Lynnmarie H. Hinerman and husband Tommy Lee, of Sykesville, Md.; son, Wesley Harkins, of Clarksburg; brother, Thomas W. Kuntz and wife Kathryn, of Pittsburgh; and grandchildren, Austin Lee Hinerman, of Morgantown and Logan Blaze, of Clarksburg.
In addition to his parents, Hank was preceded in death by his sister, Mary E. Galutzi; and brother, Raymond Kuntz.
Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home from 2 p.m.  on Sunday, Jan. 6,  until the time of service at 4 p.m. with Pastor John Summers officiating. A committal service will take place at Allegheny County Memorial Park, in Allison Park, Pa., at 11 a.m.  on Monday.
