MONTANA MINES — The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at Christmas evening in the Montana Mines community in Marion county.
According to police, the shooting occurred at about 8 p.m.
The victim, Peggy Lee Sanders, 34, of Fairmont, later died as a result of the shooting.
