Jacqueline Cranford

Jacqueline Denson Cranford, 91, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018, at Mon Health Medical Center.  She was born May 13, 1927, in Morgantown, to the late Arthur Cranford and Estelle Denson Cranford.
Jackie  attended Monongalia High School. She was an active member of Jones United Methodist Church, the local Elks Lodge, and Silver Leaf Club.  Her love of bowling took her to various locations over the years to participate in tournaments. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 75 years, Marcus A. Cranford Sr.; her children, Marcus (Barbara) Cranford Jr., Karen (Clarence) Lemelle, Deborah (Hubert) Ward, and Renee’ Mack; grandchildren, Michael Link, Eric (Toya) Ward, David (Nicole) Cranford, Aaron Cranford, and Pierre’ Mack; her great- grandchildren, Trevor and Alissa Link, Roya, Alexander, and Nicholas Cranford; Amaya, Aaron Jr, Anna, and Addison Cranford and  a brother, Arthur Denson, of N.Y. Jackie alos leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews along with many family friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Lawson, Richard, Donald, and Ronald Denson.
Family and friends will be received at Dering-Henson Funeral Home from 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 30,  until the 1 p.m. service hour. Interment will be at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
