Danny Wayne Barth, 75, of Fairview, passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2018.
He was born in Fairmont on Aug. 13, 1943, son of the late Walter John Barth, Jr. and Maysel May Twyman Barth.
Danny was retired from the State of West Virginia Unemployment Office. He volunteered for the Fairview Volunteer Fire Department and Marion County Rescue Squad.
Danny is survived by his daughters, Belinda Frausto and her fiancée, Jesse Moore, and Veronica Ogawa and her fiancée, Chuck Goodin; grandchildren, Steven Zembraski and his wife, Hailey, Ryan Ogawa and Lauren Ogawa; great-grandchildren, Kyler Berry, Zoey Sapp and Sylas Zembraski; a brother, Thomas Barth; a sister, Beverly Crockett; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Barth; a grandson, Jonathan Frausto; a brother, Walter John Barth III; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
The family will receive friends at Domico Funeral Home, Curry Chapel, 100 Grant St., in Fairview, from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, and from 2-8 p.m. Monday. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home at noon Tuesday, Oct. 23, with Pastor Larry Harker officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens, where there will be full military rights.
