Amber Golden

Amber Ranae Golden,     39, of Bruceton Mills, (Hazelton Community),  died Sunday, October 14, 2018, following a sudden illness, at Preston Memorial Hospital, in Kingwood.
The daughter of Mike Whetsell and his spouse, Michelle, of Kingwood and Lou Anne Frum Prinkey, of Masontown, and her deceased husband, Barry Roy Prinkey; she was born March 17, 1979, in Morgantown.
Amber was very family oriented and a graduate of Preston High School.  She was empolyed as a paralegal at Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown, Poe,                                                                                                                                         PLLC.
In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her husband, Jeremy A. Golden; two daughters, Chloe Eryn Golden and Makayla Eve Golden; a son, Samuel Jedidiah Golden; five sisters, Jessica Rae Cole and husband, Steve, of Morgantown, Shanna Deanne Wolfe, of Oakland, Md., Christina Noel Whetsell, of Terra Alta,  Samantha Joann Prinkey, of Connellsville, Pa., and Katie Elaine Prinkey, of Charleston; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Curt and Pattie Golden, of Bruceton Mills; grandparents, Dale and Shelia Frum, of Reedsville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mackenzie Erin Golden, and grandparents, Foster and Pauline Whetsell.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, from 6 – 8 p.m.  Wednesday, October 17, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 -8 p.m.  Thursday,  October 18, and from 10 a.m. Friday, October 19, until the 11 a.m. service  with Pastor Sonny McNear and the Rev. Winfield Mayle officiating.  Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery, in Bruceton Mills.
