KINGWOOD — A father and son are charged with destruction of property for allegedly digging up and stealing cable.
Norman Roy Cosner, 68, and Norman Roy Cosner Jr., 40, both of Elk Garden, were arrested Wednesday by Preston Sheriff’s Cpl. J.B. Childers.
According to the criminal complaint, they were found off Goff Road, Terra Alta, pushing cable into a box truck. There were tools and gloves nearby. Childers estimated several hundred feet of cable had been unearthed. Further charges are pending.
