Former home of Milan “Mike” Puskar sells for $1.43 million

MORGANTOWN — Joe R. Pyle calls the winning bid the Penthouse at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place. Milan “Mike” Puskar’s former home was auctioned Wednesday, with Phil Weser bidding $1,430,000.  The Penthouse offers two levels and features imported marble floors, two master suits with balconies and hot tubs. The 11,917-square-foot home has four total bedrooms and four full and four half baths. There are more than 5,000 square feet of terraces and balconies. On the 17th floor, the penthouse has a private elevator and a private garage with five licensed parking spaces and a storage cage. A theater features a full bar and there’s a library, two offices, a safe room and home gym. Considered a smart house, it features controls for the blinds, lights, TVs, sound system, fireplaces and thermostat. About 20 bidders attended the auction, which lasted just 10 minutes.
