Robert Lee Skipper, 81, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 29, 2018, in the comfort of his home.
Family and friends will be received at Fred Jenkins Funeral Home, from 2 – 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 9, and from 11 a.m. on Monday, September 10, until the time of service at noon with Pastor Donna Dalton officiating. Burial will follow at WV National Cemetery, in Grafton, with military honors.
