Victor Keith Neil Stafford, 73, of Morgantown, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018.
Family and friends will be received at Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4, and from 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5, until the 11 a.m. funeral service. Burial with military honors will follow at Summers Cemetery.
