KINGWOOD — New charges have been filed against a Terra Alta man indicted last year on charges of sexually assaulting two 13-year-olds in the spring of 2016.
Paul Timothy Cramer, 26, was in the Tygart Valley regional Jail Friday in lieu of $200,000 bond. He was charged Thursday in Preston Magistrate Court with third-degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
According to the criminal complaints, Cramer had sexual intercourse on several occasions with a 13-year-old from about February through August 2016, while the child was in his care.
Cramer was indicted in March 2017 on six counts of third-degree sexual assault and eight counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
The original indictment was dismissed because the state now has additional crimes that were allegedly committed that had not been previously charged, according to court records.
